This is how we get to Oklahoma, where my children and grandchildren live. Yes, ALL of us! Two people, four dogs. Three days of great travel, we have fun and everyone gets along. This is called ‘Hurricane Molly’, so dubbed for my granddaughter Molly, the reason we bought this.
My daughter Brianna found out at 12 weeks that she has a very thin cervix and baby Molly wanted to come out. She had an emergency Cervical Stitching to close up Mollys access to the outside world and Mama was on bedrest for the remainder of her pregnancy.
Jim and I went out to take care of them to enable Molly to get as close to full term as possible. Miss Molly made it to 36 weeks before she arrived into our arms.
We have gone on two to three trips per year to visit our grandchildren. We plan on doing this for some time to come. The more grandchildren we have, the more places we also get to visit. Later this year, we will be adding Georgia to our grandchildren State list, as Jim’s oldest will be moving there with her husband and new son (coming end of this month).
